Many people know powder coating as a manual process: the coater works with a spray gun, the parts are suspended openly, and the coating thickness depends heavily on experience, part geometry, and even daily form.
Our coating system works fundamentally differently:
It is completely enclosed, the parts are moved in a
defined electrical field and, if required,
rotated in a controlled manner within the powder cloud.
In this way, all sides are coated reproducibly – independent of the operator or
other external influences. Another advantage: thanks to the closed design,
significantly less dust is carried into the final coating.
The result is reproducible coating thicknesses, clean working conditions,
and consistently high quality.
