Microelectronics are an essential prerequisite for virtually all areas of our company: from fully automated process lines and in-house developed special-purpose machines to the monitoring of chemical reaction processes. Upon request, we also develop your electronics — from the initial concept and circuit design through to subsequent production.

System for the automatic creation of anodizing and color samples
In the future, this system will enable the fast and unattended production of anodized layers and anodizing color samples for research and customers. -
Photometer
Enables the automatic determination of dye bath components based on the absorption spectrum, thereby significantly simplifying replenishment and correction of the dye baths. -
Measuring table for large-area coating thickness measurements
Enables the automatic generation of coating thickness profiles of coated surfaces (e.g. anodized layers) for quality assurance and process optimization, up to an area of 800x800 mm. -
Control system for anodizing lines (modular system)
This allows flexible interconnection of bath units and process sequences according to requirements.
Devices for the visually impaired and blind
In this field, we develop talking devices for blind and visually impaired people.
A key focus is the development of a general interface for sensors of various types, such as temperature
sensors on cooktops/stoves, clocks, telephones, and machines of any kind. One example is our
talking caliper, which you can see here as a prototype.
The technical specifications of this device are:
- Measuring range: 0–150 mm, resolution 0.01 mm, absolute accuracy: 0.02 mm
- Absolute and relative measurements possible
- Voice output in German or English
- Acoustic signaling when the displayed value has stabilized
- Repetition of the announcement at the press of a button

Battery or mains operation possible. Depleted capacity is announced verbally,
as is the remaining operating time upon request.
Charging the battery inside the device is possible. After the end of service life, the batteries can of course be easily replaced with new ones. - Adjustable volume and speech speed
Temperature controllers
Our temperature controllers are typically programmed specifically for the respective application. The following technical specifications can be realized:

Controllable power: up to 16 A at 230 V AC
Both simple relay-based switching as well as triac control with burst firing (cycles freely adjustable) - With special sensors, virtually any number of measuring points can be read and processed, enabling even complex control systems.
- Any number of adjustable parameters according to requirements (protectable by PIN). Naturally, non-adjustable, tamper-proof parameters are also possible.
- Developed entirely by us. This means for you: maximum freedom in design (display colors, front foil, etc.) and programming requirements.
- Manufacturing and testing are also carried out by us — therefore, small series and reorders can be realized very cost-effectively.
