Shop hints

Following you find hints regarding our online shop:

• The minimum order value is EUR 15.00 (value of goods including German VAT).
  
  
• Of course, you can also simply order by email or phone.
  
  
• Since we generally have sufficient quantities of all items in stock, we ship, if possible, on the day of receipt of payment or order (Monday to Thursday, no shipping on Fridays!). Exceptions are custom-made items - for these, we will explicitly inform you of the delivery date.
  
  
• For small quantities of up to 1000g (shipping weight), we usually ship as a large or maxi letter (maximum height: 50mm). This allows you to purchase even small quantities at reasonable prices. To date, there have been virtually no losses in uninsured shipping, both domestically and internationally, for several thousand shipments. In the event of a (very unlikely) loss of a shipment, we will provide a replacement quickly and easily. If you absolutely require insured shipping or express shipping, we can of course arrange this for you at your own expense.
  
  
• For goods valued at €100 or more (gross, including German VAT) and for shipments abroad, we generally ship insured/with proof of shipment (registered mail/parcel).
