Titanium is resistant to diluted acids and is therefore excellently suited for contacting and clamping workpieces in anodizing baths. It is no coincidence that this material is used in industrial electroplating/anodizing.

Here we offer strips of pure titanium for frame construction or for contacting workpieces – for example, by adding holes or bending into robust, high-current contact springs.

Width: 10mm
Available lengths: 100mm or multiples thereof (200mm, 300mm ...)
Maximum single length: 1000mm (maximum 200mm at 0.2mm thickness)
Tolerances on width and length: +/-1mm

Please simply order as many 100mm units as needed for your desired total length and specify in the “Notes” field (when entering your address information) which lengths we should cut the individual pieces to.

Examples:

  • If you need three strips of 200mm each, order six 100mm units (= 600mm = 3×200mm) and enter in the “Notes” field: “Please provide three pieces of 200mm titanium strip.”
  • For 500mm titanium strip, order the quantity “5” without further notes.
  • If you order 1500mm titanium strip without additional instructions (quantity “15”), we will deliver 1×1000mm and 1×500mm.

Further processing: the strip can be easily cut to size using a small metal saw or a strong wire cutter.
