Cleaning Agent for Aluminium 250g

Degreasing and cleaning of aluminium are important particularly befor anodising. Aluminium parts can not be anodised directly. For a smooth and reproducible colouring an accurate pretreatment is a must. After this the electrolyte is able to equally wet the working pieces.

Our cleaning agent accomplishes these requirements:

• Alkalescent degreasing agent
• Much less critical and better observable than NaOH (sodium hydroxide)
• Especially developed for anodising of aluminium
• Very good effect of degreasing and cleaning with only marginal metal removal
• Conserves the aspect of surface (especially polished surfaces)
• Includes a robust tensid system which is able to resist heavy load (grinding and polishing paste, oils, greases etc.)
• long time storable (at minimum 5 years)
• fertile (we recommend 20-50g per litre)
• recommended bath temperature: 55-70°C

Because of using the dipping method to clean the parts there is under normal circumstances no need to clean mechanically.
